Music, singing, builds to a frenzy. It goes ever faster and faster as do the two Silent Judges. They continue to hurtle the Doctor back and forth and back and forth more and more quickly.
Segue to FX: 'Telephone Interference'

Silent Judges place Doctor is exact same position as we saw him previously in Scene 10: Dream of the Men in Black.

Exeunt

Doctor is alone. Frozen, a statue.
